Snow and ice have always exuded an air of mystery, which may be one of the factors that contributes to Iceland’s reputation as such an alluring travel destination. Drew Doggett, a professional photographer and filmmaker based in New York City, managed to capture a sliver of this magic in his new photo series titled “In the Realm of Legends.” In this series, he highlighted “the unique relationship between this land and the beautiful horses,” which he described as “the perfect combination.”
Even though this was Doggett’s first trip in Iceland, the photographer has traveled to many different parts of the world in search of unique settings and the most breathtaking natural scenery for his various pictures.
After studying the photographs, it is evident that the effort that Doggett put forth paid off, resulting in a series that is quirky. He expressed his desire that anyone who watched his show would come away with a sense of “collective nostalgia, inspiration, and fantasy.”
